Photo-scanning or Photogrammetry is a method of extracting 3D data from photographs. At WeAreTheFractals we use this technique to create realistic samplings of real-world objects and environments,  and to create an interesting base for further sculpting and stylized looks.

The direct results of  photo-scans are often noisy, which make them unusable in games and visualizations.  Combined with our traditional tools and techniques we can clean up and and/or remodel the data to make it fit for any platform & purpose.
